Facebook was created for the interaction of college aged and attending young adults to meet, network and socialize among peers. Facebook is different from MySpace in that it is more controlled and subdued. However, it is an Internet and networking presence that cannot be ignored by the Christian community. We at The Love Church have created a Facebook presence that will allow our young (and old) people to communicate and network in a loving and empowering Christian environment where Jesus is the reason. As our mission states, we want to be an "an oasis of LOVE that exalts Jesus Christ, empowers the individual and evangelizes the world thru excellence in ministry."
